Ty Murray Biography
Ty Murray (b. Oct 11, 1969) is an American Professional Bull Riders (PBR) and nine-time World Champion professional rodeo cowboy. He takes the No.11 position in PBR history in the top 30 bull riders.
He has also worked as a regular color commentator for several televised PBR events from 2005 to 2020. Likewise, he is currently a commentator for the PBR on CBS. He has been honored with numerous Hall of Famers for his time in the world of bull riding.
Ty Murray Championships
Murray was the best earner in bareback, saddle bronc, and bull riding competitions throughout the seven years he claimed the World All-Around Champion title (1989–1994, 1998). In 1993 and 1998, Murray also took home the PRCA World Bull Riding Championship title.

Murray began his relationship with the singer Jewel back in 1999 at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver, Colorado. Jewell’s full name is Jewel Kilcher, the daughter of daughter of Atz Kilcher. She was born and brought up in Alaska riding horses and competing in local rodeos.
She was right at home in the identically furnished cabin he had built on his ranch, having grown up in a home without running water, heat, electricity, or other conveniences, and with only an outhouse.
