Will’s passion for the sport took him to new heights, as he participated in the Inaugural Florida Winter Series in 2014, sharing the track with notable drivers like Max Verstappen, Lance Stroll, and Nicholas Latifi.
In 2010, a new chapter unfolded for Will when he joined Speed, a motorsports channel owned by Fox Sports, as a Formula 1 pit-lane reporter. His role allowed him to immerse himself in the heart of the action, sharing insights and updates with viewers around the world.
Although Speed lost the broadcasting rights to Formula 1 in 2012, Will’s undeniable talent led him to NBC Sports, where he resumed his role as a pit-lane reporter and eventually became part of the broadcast team for Indycar races until 2017.
Even in the face of change, Will remained an ardent supporter of the advancements made by Liberty Media in the Formula 1 landscape. In a Sky Sports F1 interview in December 2017, he expressed his appreciation for the transformative efforts, even if it meant parting ways with his position at NBC Sports.
Will’s passion for the sport brought him back to Formula 1 in 2018, as he took on the distinguished role of Formula One Group’s first Digital Presenter, embracing the digital realm to bring fans closer to the exhilarating world of Formula 1.
